It is high time that there should be a legislation restricting the number of ministers to a fixed percentage of the strength of legislative assembly. ( may be 10 %).
This kind of airbus ministries are a drain on the ex-chequer.
It seems Mulayam is trying to set a world record of ministers in his assembly. People like Mulayam just don't understand the expenses UP state has to spend on these so called ministers. It seems that Mulayam is trying to compete Mayawati in robbing uttar pradesh. Its a wake-up call for all people in UP to throw such selfish NETA's forever.
Isn't it a shameful state of affairs that individuals, who have switched loyalties (switching from other parties to the new parties), are being kept happy at the expense of the exchequer? Instead of providing a good governance to the people, our Mulayamji is very much "Mulayam" (soft) towards his loyalists and those who have supported him, in becoming CM. Politics in India (specially in UP and Bihar) is more issue-based than value-added. These matters can never ever be solved, at least in the present generation.
i dont think 91 ministers would suffice ... i think they should keep lots and lots of them ... as they say "the more the merrier" i bet mulayam would never know what he has alloted to what ! HAH ! whats happened to our ministry levels.....
