NGOs are doing good job. But this type of protest will definitely not good on their part and will definitely harm themselves.

Modi shows to all that fundamentalism is not the birth right of Muslims, when provacked ( read Godra) Hindu's will hit back but some times they hit too hard ( Read Narendra Modi). The moral of the story is do not provake, do not threaten, do not bomb, do not kill the innocent in the name of religion( Bombay Bomb Blast, Godra, Coimbatore Bomb Blast, Ayodya)

Protests Against Modi.
by Vishvas on Nov 24, 2003 02:36 PM

This is Ridiculous that people start shouting at him whereever he goes. People should definitely understand that He is an Elected representative and People of Gujarat have given him an Absolute Majority to rule. The Congress (Which, I believe is strongly behind all these) should Stop all such nonsense and get along accepting the truth.
Modi is definitely a Hero. If people still feel he is the Killer, then why on earth did the People of Gujrat vote for him giving him an absolute majority. These Activists should invest their time in something worthwhile rather than such gimmiks.

It's a shame!
by Supriyo Chaudhuri on Nov 24, 2003 02:18 PM

We did not find anyone other than Narendra Modi to talk about best practises. I urge the Governing body of the WEF to ensure that such personalities are not called into the meetings of such a body. Inviting people will only hurt the esteem of such an organization.

Modi runs into protests at WEF

It is pitty that WEF has invited Mr. Modi to address the WEF and that too in a session to speak about best practices. It implies that WEF feels Mr. Modi's way of governance are best practices in India.

All the best WEF.....

The people who are after Mr. Narender Modi have political leanings. They just fool people in believing that they can harm Mr.Modi by such publicity gimmicks. These people are the real destroyers of Indian unity, instead of healing the wounds of the minority who were at the receiving end in Gujarat, they want to keep the wounds live thereby encouraging them to bomb Hindus as they are doing in Mumbai.
