Finally... Justice has been done.
by Sunitha reddy on Dec 24, 2003 11:01 PM

I feel Naina's case was the most heinous ever prepetrated. Though after a long battle, Naina has got justice that deserved her.The judge Mr.Thareja has done an impeccable job. I wish more Nainas could get the same justice. Kudos Mr.Thareja!!

One who digs the pit will fall into the pit...Sharma deserves it..if India could make her rules stricter...lot of crimes that are heartlessly done like this will be surely brought less in number...

Death for Sharma
by Jacob Cherian on Nov 08, 2003 02:20 PM

The Court of Law of this land has given this verdict against Sharma which he deserves. Such verdicts gives hope to the common man that the legal system in the country will be able to punish the wrong doers. Well done judges.

The verdict against Kumar is also the right decision by the court.

Capital Punishment Must
by Sudhir Shinde on Nov 08, 2003 02:11 PM

Sharma got what he deserved. Unfortunately, it took 8 years for the police and judiciary to seal his fate. He might still live a little longer or get away from capital punishment.

This decision is a milestone in the field of Crime
by Saurabh Nagar on Nov 08, 2003 01:30 PM

Thanks Respected Thareja Sir for taking such an excellent decision for such a barbaric act committed by HUMAN being and too with his life partner. I am sure that your hard and perfect justice would not decrease the crime rate "very" much but it will definitely force them to think thrice before committing such an act.The life which he spend after committing very such crime was " BIG BONUS". He would have hanged in a public place only that too 10 yrs back, but any way.

Sir, u spread the lesson of firm and determination. Please continue with such criminals.

Thanks

saurabh nagar

This is really a dark side of JUSTICE
by Kumar H on Nov 08, 2003 01:19 PM

May be people is saying that this what Mr. Sharma was deserving. But being human being we can never support the Jaise Ko Taisa. Another one Q every sensible man should think what Mr. Sharma would have in his mind before any such act. As it is never mentioned that he is a professional killer every one must understand the pain of killikg his own wife. Obviously Pain must be greater than the tolerance limit. Is he alone guilty of such act? His death sentence is of less magnitude than life imprisonment. B'coz every human must understand his pain before killing his own wife.

Atlast justice prevailed
by Mohan on Nov 08, 2003 01:15 PM

Atlast Justice prevailed over Politics. But it took considerably long time of about 8 years. Anyways, better late than never.
