capital sentence in modern age india
by mp agarwal on Nov 08, 2003 10:31 AM

death sentence in stone age might have been logical but in the modern age it has almost lost its need where judiciary is expected to bring change in the life of a criminal by providing an opportunity to feel guilty and learn lession from his penalty for life imprisonment.i therefore feel that the honourable high court would surely look in to the matter seriously.

Sahni murder case

It is the law of nature.God created man and woman equally but differently as well. However harder we fight it out for equality and stuff, woman are always the weaker sex in all senses. She may act like a man, behave like one, always at the cost of man's chaperoning, protection and saving attitude. Can a woman be completely and totally independent without a man's shadow. That is the question now. Under the matrimonial tuition a woman should be taught how to be loyal and loving, Faithful and fidel to her spouse and life partner. Anyone found guilty of having played behind the back of the spouse should be divorced and left to lead their fate rest of their lives.Definetly we are not Gods to take away someone life.Brutality and murder most foul is what has been Sushil Sharma's blunder and foolishness, meaning, what he stood to gain at the end of it all.He should have left his infidel wife alone to face the brunt of her own deeds and that's it.Certainly an infidel wife leads a man to do such a thing. Woman, she makes life and mars life, depends how she is brought up!

Death by Hanging????????

It is so surprising that in a civilized world like ours we have people like Sharma who can be so barbaric. We also have courts that behave exactly like him, if not worse. If we did apply the eye for an eye formula then we move back to uncivilized times

Finally, after so many years the expected judgement. Now it should be carried out at the easliest so that such a human being does not exist any longer.
