justice--at last

While it is wonderful that after dragging the case for almost a decade, the foul man sushil sharma has been convicted, you haven't given details on the term he has been awarded, because such a case should serve as an deterrent to other offenders, and restore some faith i our fragile judiciary.

the murder took place in 1995, today fag end of 2003 the the case is in 1/2the stage.I hope the case is not yet over.I feel everybody will be aquitted in final stage. In the indian judicature is it not too late to come to a conclusion?.Where as in the case of comunal riots supreme court, NHRC etc are very serious to find the guilty because they were found lessimpartent. Some times the judicature directly take up the cases with plea the newspaper notification is sufficient.

Finaly the law is not equal to all. God only to save us from crime. Many people feel that the justice is done only when the guilty is punished, which is WRONG.Curruption and power is the AIDS for the humanity. The emporer ASHOKA became soft after serious crime war. I hope 'History repeats though not in same maner! ! !

my comments on the case

whatever the sentence awarded has no meaning as it has taken more than eight years to pass the judgement and that too incomplete.
wonder what effect it will have as many people have lost faith in the justice system.
