it seems pilots in india are prone to deseases espasially they spend lot of time for union activities, due to which their ability to flying passengers safely is douted. there must be spacial physical checks,to ensure union pilots health and safety of the passengers.
country like India where devloping coming rapidlly should not think such strike for their own ego& mostlly in this feilds where our interections directlly made with outside countries.we strongly support govt. of India.The Pilots r sitting in the house & enjoyings the the days of strike.But poor people got the job outside could not reach the destinations for visa expiry & that is 4 flight cancellation.
The way AI pilots behaved and went on strike shows gross irresopnsibility on thier side. It also revealed that they do not care for AI, a company they are working for. AI management should take strict action and must malke sure that this kind of things would not be repeated in future if AI wants to survive in competetive market.
