It is a good sign that BJP is spending time trying to come up with strategy for 2004 election. That means all is well in the country and no 'burning' issues. 200 or 300 seats as long as they spell out their agenda and stick to it - it would be a big leap from what elections used to be in India.
Poor BJP. It was 300 Lok Sabha Seats they said they would get. Now they come down to 200 plus. Gradually it will be less than hundred. Poor BJP.I pity on them.

Onthe ground it is different, since elections held in 1989 they have gradually increased by seats and vote precentage country-wide. 200+ seats is practically achievable target for them.
