Sir,
One more Express train-this time Magadh express near Patna- has derailed.With sickening and frigtening regulairty- at least four in the past seven days- Railways are announcing a seven or eigt digit telephone numbers for the benefit of the relatives of accident victims .They could as well create a permanent three digit or four digit number like 132 or 1361 toll-free and reachable from anywhere for information on accident
victims. That is the least they could do.

It is very sorry to hear about such an accident from our railways.the accident has happened due to the negligence of the railways safety department.india is such a fast developing country and we see train accidents daily and it ia mark of shame in front of other countries.
