LALOO PRASAD YADAV'S SUCCESSFUL VISIT TO PAKISTAN
by ENG.K.VEERANNA SETTY on Jul 12, 2006 07:28 PM

Kudos to Laloo the Bihari,

You have done a great job presenting your country in a firm and clear way filled with humor. You have proved yourself better than other MPs in the team.

If Paswan was a Dalit how come his wife was sporting like a fasion parade ??? So he must be a very very rich Dalit. Had he shared any thing with his party members or the public who voted him ?????

bihar illness
by vijay on Aug 31, 2003 12:47 AM

Sir, Bihar was never known to be a developing or a better administered state since independence, and why should we blame only laloo for it, before laloo therewere congress and janata party chief ministers and the situation was just like this. The media then never exposed bihar as they do now for the CM`s were from the `higher`caste which has a dominant presence in the media and polity, but when a backward like laloo took over the media has been highlighting the ills of bihar as if bihar was never sick before laloo. Bihar was always a backward state and will remain so in present and future if the casteist mind set of the educated people from bihar does not change, and we all know which caste they belong to. If laloo is so useless it is not for nothing that the people of bihar have voted him to power continously, and let me remind that the elections are held under the effective controll of the election commission. unlike in the past when the backwards and dalits were not allowed to vote. If laloo is corrupt then so are the present bunch of several central and state ministers.

How can a fodder eater be a problem solver?
by deepti malhan on Aug 21, 2003 02:01 PM

hi,
i am totally dissapointed by the way you have projected laloos image. have you forgotten the fodder scam, the common man's money wasted like water in the wedding of his daughters while the common people do not get even one time meal. it is really shocking to know that people can even think of laloo as a problem solver for a sensitive issue like kashmir.he is responsible for bihar and how can you forget that he was also put behind the bars still his kingdom remained unchallenged.i kindly request you not to give such useless articles in future and concentrate on informing something sensible to the people and India is not short of Intellectual power which can help to solve Kashmir issue.
yours sincerely,
deepti

Laloo in Pakistan
by Vivek Ranjan on Aug 20, 2003 07:36 PM

Who is this guy Virendra Kapoor? He seems to be a sycophant of the RJD supremo. Don't they know the countless number of scams, kidnappings et al.
Yet this so called journo is highlighting Laloo as someone that presented India's stance. I don't see any place where you have given an example.
And yes I have a suggestion...go and live in Pakistan and take Laloo with you...both of you can enjoy and appease each other there.
Regarding the Alva case, well, all that Laloo can really do is to create headlines...he is an actor who knows what the psyche of the media is - hence he virtually controls his PR in a manner that would probably teach big corporates this art as well...!
Dear Rediff, kindly, don't lower your standards by publishing such rubbish. It degrades your site and I am greatly disappointed when I saw it here. Kapoor does not have anything concrete to add other than just jump on the "I love Laloo" bandwagon that is beginning to seem like some sort of a 'high' for the media these days!!
Tch...tch..

Immature Margaret Alva
by Sharad Korde, Thane. on Aug 16, 2003 12:21 PM

Margaret Alva's outburst is shameful for India. I don't know whether Congress High Command thinks so or views it as an expression of party-loyalty.
Thank God, she did not mention on the occasion that she belonged to an 118 year party as Congressmen are accustomed to claim everytime and everywhere (although common people fail to understand how Indira Congress, to which Margaret Alva and other congressmen belong can be 118 years old) and that her party leader is not an "ordinary" Yadav but from a great Nehru-Gandhi dynasty.
