PERFECT. DO NOT FEEL FOR THE ONE WHO USES DRUGS AND UNDER PUNISHMENT. OUR SOLDIERS FOUGHT FOR THE NATION, GET CAUGHT BY TERRORISTS, FISHERMEN ARRESTED BY NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES ETC HAS TO BE TAKEN CARE INSTEAD OF THESE RICH AND IRRESPONSIBLE GOONS.
