Totally illogical movie
by subhodeep mukherjee on May 02, 2020 02:01 AM

Just saw the movie on Hotstar. Totally wasted my precious time watching this filth. The movie is utter garbage. It has no story, no original songs (all songs are remixes), no emotional moments, no character or brilliant dialogue to remember. It only has mindless, illogical action. The movie credits 5 writers, yet none of them even bothered to check that Agra only has a military airport that does not service domestic or international flights. How did Vikram (Ritesh's character) go to Syria then? It does not even show which city in Syria, as if Syria is a small country like the Vatican City. Ronnie & Siya land in Syria with a civilian passport, as if the Indian Govt is letting Indians go to Syria at this moment. From formulating a plan to reach the villain's hideout, Ronnie magically lands in it. 3 gunships (helicopters) fire at Ronnie, yet not a single bullet strikes him. He steps on a landmine and is propelled to the top of a helicopter where he fights bad guys and later leaps from the top of the helicopter with the blades whirring. Yet he does not have the presence of mind to capture the helicopter and commandeer it. That's for one helicopter. How the other two magically catch fire, no one knows. And how the helicopters crash into the villain's hideout from an empty field is even weirder. How the helicopters land on top of one another, how Ronnie leaps 30 feet without any ropes, or how he takes out 6 tanks is not even shown. In short, the movie is absurd. Total waste

Sukanya must have suffered the pain in a movie theater compulsorily watching a film just for completing the task of reviewing it. She says that it is bad and accords it one star or thereabouts. Who ever believes that the viewing public cares for such a review. They still go and watch the junk and the makers declare the collections in excess of Rs.100 crore. A Hit!!! Truly, a very sad state of affairs!
