Real actors take it as challenge and it varies character to character which they are offered to play on screen, so actors who are chosen for a particular character cannot said to be a good actor rather credit goes to script writer and director. If the character is anonymous then there is challenge and I am sure all cannot take it if its given in random way.

Alia is planted to be by fake award and PR of Karan Jokar. i think Ranbir has good skills but not Alia..

Cricket is much better than films, you have to be real, show fight and show character. Films you don't know what happens in sets.
Even I would be best actor if I am given a 100 movies & 1000 opportunities to act. But for this to happen I need to be Nepotism product. This is where differentiation comes. So the Bollywood nexus works to secure generations of career whether they deserve or not. IN process some deserving outsiders like SSR get sacrificed and some other like Kangna are villlanized. UNfortunately there aresome outsiders like Swara & Tapasi choose boot licking to get opportunity out of tragedy. Although they might be good actors.
