How can defamed people file defamation suit? They should get ready to face trial and accept punishment as per law of the land, if proved guilty.
On the basis of evidences available at the moment, Rhea appears to be a murderer and she had committed the crime with the help of some accomplices. All deserve capital punishment, if the guilt is proved.

Exactly "if the guilt is proved". At the moment nothing is proved and conspiracy theories are flying around fast and thick. So lets wait and not jump to conclusions.
