Every moment stacking of polythene bags and other extraneous garbage is lying on both sides of Rail Track from Badli to New Delhi Railway Station. BJP Govt is on second inning. The bad to worse situation is in the knowledge of concerned Govt. Officials. It is serious to remove garbage. However, stinking and poly packs in stages right from now is imperative. Know it is difficult task but difficult task does not exist against resolution. Look forward to see a small and first step to removal of garbage. Good Wishes. Without Prejudice
