I congratulate Tanushree Dutta on her courage to have resisted the advances of a powerful actor like Nana Patekar. Thereafter she was courageous enough to resist the all powerful team of the Producer, Director and the choreographer ganging up against her to help Nana Patekar in his malafide intentions. She showed tremendous courage facing the unruly mob of the MNS known for such tactics. She complained to all the proper authorities. Sadly, neither the film industry nor the POLICE did justice to her complaints. Then she rightly walked out of this film and made her future elsewhere. What is wrong with that? She should be admired really, not blamed or accused. Nana Patekar must be taken to the Court for his attempts at sexual exploitation of a vulnerable newcomer to the film industry and worse, using his known habit of dadagiri to intimidate his victims when she displayed her unwillingness to submit to his dirty desire.

If she had a real guts and courage, she could not have waited for nearly 10 years to file a complaint with police and must have take legal action against Nana patekar for his alleged conduct and behaviour. Why she expected only media trial. Nothing will happen to Nana as he has not done anything wrong. Let her wait and attend all the proceeding against Nana patekar instead or running away to USA after tarnishing image of Nana Patekar.
tanu conducted media trail, became judge even passed order(she wants Nana's imprisonment). All this without giving proper chance to accussed specially when everything happened in broad daylight in front of everyone.

All she has done is to get quick US Citizenship after getting green card. What was she doing all these years ?Why she did not lodge complaint with police immediately ? She has started this movement to get cheap publicity for her as no one in film industry care for her or remember her. Let her stay in India till the issue decided by the appropriate legal authorities instead of running away to USA as she very well know that she has no case which she can prove.

exactly. Getting Speedy citizenship was her only motive. Didnt go as per plan, as there was no threat issued to her ,the grounds on which she could have persuaded US authorities to speed up her citizenship.

How so very wicked ! Such cheap commentators are the social criminals really. It is such people who encourage the predators with power in their hands to ill treat and exploit the vulnerable. Without such people to support them the predators will not develop sufficient courage to commit their horrible, immoral and often illegal acts.

Cheap comments. No sense of justice and fair play. Shame on this commentator!

shame on you to blindly support the accuser who has only bald accusaion against others all of sudden after more than 10 years and do not want to follow legal process of this country and expect trial by media without proving any of her allegations.

. When a woman comes out to tell her story, it is branded as a popularity stunt.

Agreed, we should not take the statements of women at face value and that often women take advantage of the unfair laws in their favour against innocent men, yet we must not fail to react fairly against wrongful, unethical and immoral actions. This commentator has passed his own judgment unfairly and unjustly accusing the wronged woman in the case under discussion. He should be ashamed of himself. Alternatively the readers should shame him.
Useless lady...came back from USA with some predetermined intention, lack of home work. No one apart from her have uttered single word against Nana Patekar like others in Bollywood Industry. Her passport should be seized until the case is over. No one knows what she is doing in USA, neither she has revealed so ar.

Truth prevail, stop writing nonsense and taking side of a liar whom you dont know. Nana Patekar has done great work as an actor as well as a good human being as compared to this liar Tanushree Datta. If she has guts, let her stay till the matter is decided by the appropriate legal authorities instead of running back to USA .

She is doing that already but your blind eyes are unable to see it. Or are you deliberately turning the 'Nelson's Eye' towards it? Well, I have heard a lot of dirty stories about Nana Patekar from many people. So don't plead his case. Are you his lawyer?

What you have heard about nana patekar ? Dont support someone blindly without knowing anything ? Iam not Nan patekar's lawyer but his admirer and appreciate his good deeds for the farmers in my state aharashtra. If you think you are Tanushree's lawyer. better advice her to take the matter legally instead of expecting a trial by media.

She is staying for the most of time in USA , got Green card and find a way to get quickly the citizenship of USA. No one in Indian film industry care for her or remember her. She has no case against nana patekar, the noble person and she very well know that she can not prove her case legally against him.

by Dhantannan on Nov 20, 2018 04:56 PM
True. Its shocking that industry also has dropped Nana even though matter is sub judice. Anyway they know, once the case is setlled , he shall come back. Question is when ??

Here is another lawyer pleading Nana Patekar's case. It is people like him that bring bad name to all the men.

I dont think you have even basic knowledge of law to become eligible to become lawyer of any one. You continue pleading the case of your favourite Tanushree all the time.
very cheap journalism. You are promoting a negative story. Let them fight in court if some thing wrong happen with this sister sorry she does not deserve till she handle her case properly. As per media she is drug addict she should go first to rehab.
It is already a dead issue. People are aware, it becomes a tool in the hands of unscrupulous people to black mail those whom the other person has a grudge. It has become a routine affair and people have no time concentrating on such things.

What I wonder is what this girl was doing for the last 10 long years. and she is bringing up this matter now.
Re: Re: Me Too movement will not die.
by Ravindra Parasnis on Nov 21, 2018 05:53 AM
Elementary ! She got the opportunity to bring up the matter only after 10 years, that is now, thanks to the 'ME TOO' movement.
Re: Re: Re: Me Too movement will not die.
by P S SHAH on Nov 22, 2018 11:03 AM
She started Me too movement in India as she is spending most of her time in USA and want US citizenship immediately. What she was doing for 10 years ? Why she did not filed complaint with appropriate legal authorities ? Now after starting this movement here she has again gone back to background. She is not popular in film industry and no one remember her. She did this only to get cheap publicity for her to enable her to come to lime light may be for wrong reasons.
