humbleness

Arrogance blackens the picture of any person in spite of good education, intelligence, good administrative abilities. Arrogance blinds to see the real scene or picture.

Qualification for becoming a Minister
by Prabhakar Sharma on May 18, 2018 04:06 PM

I firmly believe that a minimum level of education-at least a graduation should be made pre-requisite for becoming a minister both in the centre and the state government.

All noise and no substance
by gautam shetty on May 18, 2018 09:57 AM

She is all noise and no substance. Just because she was popular in a TV serial doesn't make her a good politician. She made bad decisions as education minister with the sanskrit subject, Vemula case etc. These BJP leaders think shouting means good speech. It's a surprise she is even made a minister in the cabinet.

by ravikant rao on May 17, 2018 05:57 PM

Her behaviour whether as a electoral candidate or as a party spokesperson or as a Minister is just not upto the mark. And it shows what kind of education she has had.

Smriti Irani and some other ministers
by daniel thorat on May 17, 2018 01:16 PM  | Hide replies

The self-proclaimed chaiwala has filled his cabinet with sine/TV artists, TV panelists etc. who are being found unfit and being moved from one ministry to another. Is there no thought to whether a person ruling in a democracy has done some service, sacrifice, for the nation or has otherwise shown some gain for the country? Why must a failure minister be retained?

Except for 1/2 persons, Daniel , who are from the cine industry or TV panelists, the rest all are from different walks of life.So check out each person respectively and then base your biased comments. And in any group or team, there will be people with different sets of working styles .So you cannot paint the full team in the same brush. For you & your ilk this team is non functional , but in my life time i have seen worse non functional ministers from the CON party under different PMs in the last 40 yrs .

You never understand the importance of Art. This is not Manikchand Gutka or Kingfisher Awards, its pretigious National Award to some deserving people.

Action against a Minister.
by suravarapu gopal rao on May 17, 2018 12:35 PM

Every one should be given a chance to support his/her stand. What the Secretaries are to say - both in President's office and PM's office. It is told that Ministers will come and go but the Secretaries will continue to remain. For what purpose, if they can not advise the Ministers the protocol. Action should be taken against them and not the Ministers.
Jai Hind. Jai Bharat.
