First time seeing them in proper dress. now a days they dont even wait for 1 years to celebrate any occasions after someone death in family.

All have write to express their feelings and so is the case with 50 who refused to take from ministers. Following are the takes on this issues!

1.Concerned Ministry should have handled this more carefully.
2.50 Selected could have taken from ministers after expressing their mind on the subject.This would have added grace to the whole affair.
3.It is hoped that Selected 50 are sure that their selection was on the basis of merit and not on any bhai-bhatijavaad. If is is true at least they could have expressed their satisfaction on this score.

President have ample time. On this occasion when National Awards are given its not a small thing for the winner may be routine for President house. Either he is not well to stand up for longer period or they dont respect the achievers.

Of all people, Smriti Irani, a low IQ foul mouthed, dubious minister is chosen to present awards to national award winners. How sad can it get?

Do you know your IQ? If not ask Pappu what is IQ and also what is EQ=Emotional Quotient?
If nothing else ask what is BMI and try to explain how to calculate BMI?
