After reading the analysis i have a few observation
Godfather is an excellent movie but terming it as Bible of cinema is going over the top. I dont know how Raja Sen can become a film critic by making such generalized statement. When it comes to acting prowesss there are many movies which were better than Goffather. 1) Orson Wells in Citizen kane 2) Paul Mooney in Good Earth 3) Sir AlecGuiness in Bridge on the River Kwai 4) Dustin Hoffman in Rainman 5) Spencer Tracey in Boys Town to name a few
In terms of cinematic content 1) Gone with the wind 2) From Here to Eternity 3) Bridge on the river kwai 4) Cassablanca 5) Citizen Kane 6) El Cid were much ahead
Though Goffather is one of my favourite and marlon Brando was excellent stiil calling it Bible of Cinema is a bit over the top
