Didn't she look herself in the mirror before going for the event. She must have some fools around who might have told her she looked stunning in that colored dress. a combination of white and red would be better.
I have no idea how can she even appear on movies. Kangana is very right NEPOTISM at its peak in bollywood. Never seen any actress uglier than this, even African actresses have grace on their face.
