Every creature in the world is acting on the world stage if you view philosophically. All kind of roles are present on the world stage. Without effort everybody is acting excellently to the highest perfection. There are different roles in the world stage right from birth of child to young age activities to middle age dramas to old age grievances to cremation activities. When particular role comes to end it is removed from the world stage. All roles are being performed according to the roles assigned to them by Destiny and creator. In fact, if your read deep, one is not acting - rather it is happening for everyone by itself.
Film industry in in India is "ancestral property" where is the question of talent here? where there is no talent involved obviously its called an easy job.

A filmly naukanki wala always think their job is toughest in the world.. If their job is toughest , what about farmers toiling hard on field with 1/million earning of these people, what about soldiers fighting enemies in jungles, high mountains and scorching deserts .. what about of million of people like doctors, scientists, engineers who toil hard to build this country with paltry remuneration... So these nautanki walas must stop glamorising already glamored profession of themselves..
