It is not understood why the producer- director duo of Golmaal series opt for Devgan for the lead role, and not Akshay Kumar, who has a definite flair for comedy. On the contrary Devgan's facial appearance is one which fits for serious/tragic roles. The other 3/4 male actors are okay. If the net result is brainless,it is because there is no novelty, just simple drab repetation.
