Selection of a good Host( like Jr NTR in Telugu) and good participants( like popular singers,Actors,dancers,music directors,director,Actresses presently in hybernation,popular authors,etc) helps to make show very interesting provided show conductors try to exploit their talent during 70/90 days with interest in tasks.
