Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950
Sec 3. Prohibition of improper use of certain emblems and names. -Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, no person shall, except in such cases and under such conditions as may be prescribed by the Central Government use, or continue to use, for the purpose of any trade, business, calling or profession, or in the title of any patent, or in any trade mark or design, any name or emblem specified in the Schedule or, any colourable imitation thereof without the previous permission of the Central Government or of such officer of Government as may be authorised in this behalf by the Central Government.
Schedule: 9-A. The name of pictorial representation of Mahatma Gandhi, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj or the Prime Minister of India or the words Gandhi, Nehru or Shivaji, except the pictorial use thereof on calendars where only the names of the manufacturers and printers of the calendars are given and the calendars are not used for advertising goods.
If Angela Merkel was wearing a dress showing her legs...things are fine..but If PC wears a dress while in Germany...it is insulting....right...what a view point.Todays modern city borne daughters wear mini shorts at home in front of their parents...its not considered a sin either..grow up folks...enjoy the scene if you can

I really find it amazing that people like you think she did not dress appropriately for the occassion , well besides why did PM meet her anyway. she is just in showbiz nothing valuable to the country. and you are commenting about the attire , shame on you

One thing that has been achieved under MODI: The frequency of scams has reduced tremendously...During congress there was a competition of SCAMS, every couple of months a new scam would come up, breaking the records of amount involved. Some of them linked to PMO !!!

At the time of UPA govt in power, SCAMS were happening, and were being coming out. Read again, I said the "frequency" of scams has reduced !!!
