I fail to understand the CONFLICT...What wrong did kangana say when she says" there IS nepotism in bollywood. Otherwisw, how do you expect duds like Alia bhatt and Varun Dhavan come into a Hindi Cinema screen ...!!.. No harm in accepting a fact. Plus,Varun/Alia have the audacity to say " THEY HAVE GOT IT..!!.. WE ALL KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE...!!.
Karan Johar needs to know the true meaning of words like nepotism, more so now that he has a little girl of his own. being privileged & in a place of power doesn't give him the right to be condescending towards others. Ms Ranaut has put across her point of view with great clarity, Mr. Johar is merely venting & throwing around some of his girth. not done! You may feel that you have the right to express yourself, which you do through your crappy films, but so do others!! go girl!!
Kangana is a beautiful actor and a bold girl but lacks diplomacy. Instead of sounding outrightly brazen, she can get her point across by being polite and firm.

People like Karan Johar don't understand the politeness and make the fun of it by taking it granted. If you expect respect, you have to act respectfully.
When someone has issues with everyone, then the problem lies with that someone and not with everyone. But it is very difficult to reason with such nagging, pricky types, and so keep safe distance
This is how Indian men treats women. He talks as if gave a life for her in the Bollywood but she used the sympathy card of a badly treated woman. This is utter nonsense of men like Karan. She is very talented actress who came through B grade movies and became successful to be recognized India's finest actor. Look at her acting and nobody can match her. She should be respected for her boldness and not to demean her.
Because she has acted in a handful of movies , which has clicked well & her work appreciated by the masses, she thinks she can get away with anything & everything. The golden rule in any industry is you swim with the tide. Yes there could be problems , but it is upto the individual how to take it on the face & handle it. Todays world is a competetive world & women folk, want everything on a equal footing with men, you will have to face some music. No point in crying over it. I feel she is now overdoing it .The sooner better sense prevails upon her the good for her , or she will end up like one of the characters she herself played in a movie, alone & forsaken by the world.
