According to me- every father, every mother, every brother, every son, everybody, is a hero, in real life. Sacrifices we all do in our daily lives visibly or invisibly, knowingly or unknowingly- fathers struggling to feed their families, mothers who care for their families, and so on , in their daily course of lives, are real unsung heroes.

No, prolific means having a great output, having acted in many films or written many books (prolific author). Not about their quality.
