Rightly said. Swatch Bharat is not only about toilets. Swatch Bharat means keeping our streets, markets, railway stations, bus stations, our residences clean. Stop spitting, smoking in the public places.Stop throwing wastes anywhere. The government should provide spittoons and dustbins along with toilets in the public places. Swatch Bharat is more than this. Stop polluting the lakes, rivers, oceans and other water bodies. As much as possible use public transports, less vehicles on the road, less pollution. There are many such issue but as you said the government is only concentrating on toilets as if building toilets will clean whole of India.
