Rajavai..are you living in world of fool. The best performance of 2016 was Manoj Bajpayee in Aligarh. In fact nobody is counting SRK \" Fan\" as a performance.
How about Swara Bhaskar in "Nil Battey Sannata", or Manoj Bajpayi in "Aligarh", or any one from "Chalk n Duster" or Angry Indian Go*essess .... . Alas if you could see anything beyond SRK !!

I couldn't agree more with this list. As per my opinion Aamir should be at no 2. SRK portrayal as Fan and the Actor was a unbelievable. The way he depicts the inner turmoils of a Fan and insecurities of a Star is the best emotional portrayals I have seen in a long time.
Your reasoning in the list for every actor performances are to the point and sensible.
