Kareena and the likes of all those who are obsessed with size zero should understand the basic reality of life is that Indians cannot have flat tummy or six packs after certain age like Hollywood stars due to so many factors like diet, climate, lifestyle etc. etc., especially for Indian women post delivery, it is just about impossible considering the natural changes in their body. So, instead of wasting time, money and energey over such things, it would be better she concentrate, inspire and become an example for people to be a good human being and do good things for the society. Though being healthy is important but the fad of being fit, slim, flat belly or big boring muscles is only making people forget that life is not just about looking good, but its about being as you are, living healthily and happily and doing good things for the society. Whatever one does or do aggressive gym training, its all going to be there only till 50 or till your bones start aging or till illness catch you, or as you enter the last major phase of your life.

Fortunately they have not released the delivery video. if they get some 100 crores they will show that video for the public to view and says how KAREENA KHAN is smiling / crying at the time of delivering baby.
