There is evidence that the man was asleep and he did not do anything this female claims. She is spoiling the reputation and putting women into further shame. Now even genuine cases wont be believed.

some ppl will do anything to get famous .desperately cry to seek attention so that ur ppl frm
industry only sympathize with u.criticize normal ppl ,just find some fault and show as if
normal ppl r criminals.now that person is behind bars .he might also be fired from his company
and he might also face rude faces frm his family ,relatives.

but this kid got what she desperately wanted ATTENTION frm her industry ppl.doesnt she know
that so many actors have complained abt harassment in the industry over the yrs but no one gets
caught ?.the progress so many actors r purposely blocked if they dont compromise.even actress
have committed suicide in the past but ppl have forgotten them and the bad ppl r enjoying .

Everybody looking into the case through the social media lens had already hanged the accused in thier minds. No body has bothered to find out the other side of the story. It is confirmed that the man was attending a funeral ..that he had requested the crew not to wake him up for the meal service .. Yes we all know how cramped planes are.. and yes, some of our countrymen are really not comfortable in cramped spaces and could do with better cabin etiquette .. some of us are having sleep patters that make us toss about.. so i would like to hear it from the accused .. his side of the story.. for all we know he may not have recognized / bothered about / cared about Zaira in the first place

justice for this girl?
by amitabh gupta on Dec 12, 2017 04:41 AM

Why justice just for the accuser and why not justice for the accused. justice must be for the truth. How shameful that the MSCW has already dubbed the incident shameful. Its shameful for a statutory body to prematurely give statements as if the accuser is completely right without awaiting the true outcome.

Who is the victim

Hope the "accused" gets the justice. The whole chain of events is highly questionable. Police must also find how the case was built and by whom?

Zaira Wasim, the overnight Bollywood sensation from Dangal and Secret Superstar.

She live-streamed about how she was “molested” by a man on the flight and cried copiously for added effect.

Th entirety of Bollywood rallied behind her.

“Oh, she is just a child! How cruel!”

“Which monster would do this?”

“Are women not safe even in aircrafts now?”

Even the Maharshtra Commission for Children and Women came out all guns blazing and began issuing statements and shit.

Half of them didn’t even see her video and just went by the screenshots of her red, crying face plastered across news channels with the headline “Zaira Wasim molested in a plane”.

Within hours the identity of the man was found, his name published, his address known and all of that usual drama.

Did anyone care what happened? Did anyone wait to think what the accusation was and why she didn’t say anything right then and there to her “molester” when he molested her but chose to go home and unload over social media to her followers waiting with buckets to collect her tears?

Her main allegation was this

“It continued for another five to ten minutes and then I was sure of it. He kept nudging my shoulder and continued to move his foot up and down my back and neck,\"[1]

Excuse me, girl?

How were you “sure of it” again?

Did you turn around and take a look? Did you ask him to shut it? Did you tell the airlin

I think, Air Vistara should take strong action against that passenger. It is against their reputation. Most of the Indians have blind faith for TATA. When this name comes, most of us even don't think twice for their quality and safety.

Action against which passenger? A person who had apologised for inadvertently touched the epitome of truth Zaira? Even the airlines had confirmed that the passenger had denied food and requested the crew not to disturb him. Logically, why there are no other passengers

Even the airlines had confirmed that the passenger had denied food and requested the crew not to disturb him. Logically, why there are no other passengers corroborating Zaira's claim? Why did she or her mother chose not to file an FIR instead cried in instagram? Since when social media had assumed the role of dispensing judgements?

Agreed Shankar EB.

While it's paramount to ensure of women and girl child in public places, there has to be law to protect innocent men from frivolous and pseudo-hyper chauvinist allegations. If proved otherwise there has to be a stricter punishment for the false complainant.

absolutely we symphathise the accused who is absolutely innocent. He did not commit any crime .Now the media can ruthlessly do any thing for its TRP.No body is bothered about the accused family, wife children, how traumatised they must be,Zaria Wasim must be laughing for making a non issue a big issue and must also be getting sadistic pleasure. We all should condemn the media as well as Zaria Wasim
