Is bold and shameless same? In western countries such dressing is not to attract attention but in conservative countries it is otherwise. I feel such dressing can only be called out of boldness when you really do not bother about dressing and do not pay attention what others say. Otherwise it is better to limit only fashionable dressing and not to denigrate real bold women who are away from such encashment of body or sexuality.
