why we are seeing kejriwal in a negative role where as PM Modi is diong foreign trips often inspite of various problems in india but the media is promoting him positively why is it so?

Because Modi is PM. His One of the responsibility is Foregn Affair. He can neglect that aspect saying He has other problem at Home.
Where as Kejariwal is CM of Delhi He has no foreign affairs responsibility. His primary focus should be on Delhi Problems. Even compaign for AAP should be second pririty.
