The origin of this domestic stash money is: Revenue. excise, police, town [planning, urban development authorities, Roads and Building, Irrigation, Police, Municipalities, Tahasildars, Sub-Registrars, etc. departments. Like this there are many many departments and their officials who have accumulated lakhs of crores over last 7 decades. Similarly small time politicians, less influential MLAs, Corporators, small time sub district party functioneries so on and so forth. so present black money eradication drive is aimed at this. yes. most of this domesting hoarding over the years got converted into properties, gold, siver and diamonds.
