This show should be banned for showing sick and inhuman scenes just to make more money and earn TRP.

\"just to make more money and earn TRP\".... Yes television and filmmaking is a business so what\'s wrong in that? Plus, it\'s based on a series of books and the show is made very well. Brilliant, multi layered writing, the bad-ass dialogues, the fantastic direction, the inspiring acting, and the fact that the elements of war, politics, family drama and fantasy is combined to give us a compelling visual and story telling experience! What an individual takes from the show is only equivalent to their level of maturity.

The popularity of this fictitious yet derived from "seems to be known" facts from the history of emperors of the western world has proved one thing that humans today also are as wild as that time (they were because they were lagging culture and value for other's life). There is incest, deep cult violence and only things that can make human mind either full with fear or with frustration like an urge to involve into something that will not be appreciated in today's "DRESSED UP CULTURED WORLD".

I agree that movies also have violence, but they are not effective as the serials are on the growth of human civilization (In this Era, TV is not just treated like a idiot box, like it should be! but more like a major influence on how people behave).

If we want a happy world or may be mind full of hope, love & peace start at home and reject to watch these kinds of "influential dirt". The producers only got the human nerve right, that the wildness still prevail somewhere inside and that's what is attracting the audience. Remember "WHAT YOU SEE, YOU BECOME"
