ShilpaJi seems to have a soft corner for F!xxers like Azzu, Rainu, MSDhomi etc.
I feel there is no inherent appealing aspect in Azar. Its not a dream story like Milkha, it is not of a superstar like Sachin or Dhoni or Yuvaraj Singh who overcame sickness. Would anyone make or watch a film on Dravid? Not to demean the achievements of Azar,Dravid n many others

I guess you did not watch cricket in the 90s then.
Azhar was as big as sachin. That is why the betrayal makes us so angry.
I don't care that prabhakar, jadeja or mogia fixed. They were irrelevant.
Azhar was beauty in motion while batting. If you weren't there you wouldn't know. The test match in SA where azhar and sachin thrashed donald and co. between lunch and tea is still one of my favorite indian cricket moments.
