It is an age of gender equality. When females can be single mothers, why not males ?/ Though these steps do not augur well for the institution of marriage in times to come.
Tushar Kappor can take all the credit. But what about the child? can give the natural love of a mother to the child when it needs ? Never ! Never ! Never !
You just can not destroy the the hope and ambition and requirements of a child because of your own wish.

The idea of being single father looks brilliant to many and it actually very pathetic for the child growing up without mother's love. This is not to be encouraged as the child grows up without knowing the mother has a psychological impact on the child and these issues make the child into a problem adult in the future. Both mother and father play a important role in bringing up the child. Indian government chiid ethical laws are so poor and lacking in clarity of though. I don't know where the country is going. I strongly condemn this and feel very sorry for the child.
If someone intended to have love of his/her biological kid without getting into traditional bonding of marriage, then let it be !!(he may or may not have a girlfriend ,which is irrelevant here). He has done exactly what matured adult would do when he don’t want to lose his freedom or doesn’t want to control someone else freedom in the name of marriage but at the same time can’t stay away from love of his own biological kid.. Surrogacy is the answer. (of course you can also adopt if you are ok with it ). Orthodox people ...it’s maybe new and not acceptable in yours orthodox illogical society ,so you do the same what your ancestors has done and let Tushar kind of people do what is best for them.
The needs of a girl child vary from time to time and only a mother can understand and help the child. Tushar will have a tough time handling the child once it grows up
