Unfortunately in India reviews have an agenda. This is driven by clash of alignment to one or a set of actors Vs the others. Movie buffs should go and watch for what its worth. Another problem in India is the mob frenzy, good or bad true or false, people get swayed by what is being said than having their own assessment or opinion. Enjoy the film for what it has. It cannot be nothing, after all. After all fans of actors other than Rajini and who are against Rajini would like to dampen your spirits. Do not fall for it. Let them go through the pain..

Not this but all his movies are too much of bakwaas, hype and propaganda. Too much of over action which is all required for the cheap taste of his fans. If people want to waste their time & money on such cheap action, why should anyone bother. He has proved his worth with Linga already but still people worship him.

Please do not compare Rajani with Salman. Salman is an overrated actor, in fact he overacts in all his films. Rajni is far better actor than Salman and his mannerisms and style are incomparable to anybody in Indian film industry. I am not a Rajni fan but I am in awe of him as Ramgopal Varma said how such an average looking guy with a not so good body can captivate so many people. In their private lifes too, Rajni is down to earth and has no airs about his star status and look at Salman, he has several criminal cases and he uses his star power mislead the courts. As far as movies are concerned, i find both movies time waste and money waste.The movies are hit only because of their respective fans who lap up anything thrown at them.

Nearly 600 families and their kids get livelyhood out of Rajni's film.Imagine the amount of money he generates for the wellbeing of so many families They get milk and bread also. Not that he distributes his wealth among people but he makes them live with pride. Just showing his talent as an actor.Just realise that. Wether a film is a big hit or not these families get their lives going
Though I like him,In recent past his movies have been big disappointment.In every film he portrays himself as an extraordinary man to whom everybody will be saluting.He should do more common characters rather than characters like a hero who sacrifices everything to help poor people.At least I have got irritated with too many films like this by Rajni.
