 Can Haryana Police act now !

We are expecting, Can Haryana Police act now on Guru Ram Rahim after he booked on acting as a Vishnu avataar !

Now, Nation wants fair & speedy arrest like they did in the case of Kiku (same to same, even Lord Vishnu was the REAL LORD as per Hindu religion).
Now can Haryana CM speaks on this issue???
