Kiku Sharda

Democracy is all about freedom be it speech , lifestyle , culture.It has both sides. One cannot demean /caricature a belief which is followed by masses. At the same time, one cannot be selective as well. If he poster/act is not liked, the criticize him /boycott him but going offensive this is not right. This space given by demcracy then be used by high & mighty guys as done by emperors earlier.

This country is going to dogs
by Vijay Sahani on Jan 14, 2016 11:35 AM

Sometimes i feel that this country is going to dogs. All kind of incompetent, unethical, short sighted and corrupt people are in power. People who do not know the constitution. They only know how to win elections, by hook or by crook. Values are getting eroded. Principles are getting compromised. All for money and power. Pakistan is already down the drain. We are halfway there.

Any intelligent person would have said that Ram Rahim is playing with religious sentiments of people. But we are living in India where idiots are ruling.

Level of Interviewing
by Amal on Jan 14, 2016 11:09 AM  | Hide replies

I am not surprised at the level of interviewing skill as well as intent of this gentleman. What I am sad a the comments of Suresh who is a fine actor. Instead of talking intolerance, taliban , pakisthan etc, let us see what has happened. In the comedy show something has offended some religiuos group. They have filed a complaint. I am sure the channel, producers, actors got the info and must be having a legal machinery to take anticipatory bail. Frivolous cases do get registered against celebrities randomly in all countries. Instead of asking these people what they have done to prevent the arrest, we are blaming Police, who is supposed to act on a complaint as per procedure. Police can not take judgemental call on complaints and use different yardstick. Mr Interviewer, now since you have proved through another interview that India is a hopeless country, can you please look for a different occupation?

Why the complain is being acted upon in following cases:
DDCA;
arjun Meghwal
Vasundhra,Sushma,Chauhan
only selective action based on who the person complained against

I am really surprised at the reaction of his mimicking and claiming that the sentiments are hurt. Is the hurting of a sentiment more than when people make fun of others say like making fun a sardar or a madrassi or a bengali by copying their accent of speaking a particular language. I think one should grow up and the self imposed gods should not do any such things as they claimed in the MSG. I would in fact not want anyone to hurt any person by faith or otherwise. Is it not a biased judgement by the courts in India to arrest a person if a faith is ridiculed and not when a person is ridiculed. Shame on all the concerned for this double standard.
