I somehow don't understand your unrealistic expectations from a bollywood flick Mr. Sen. I haven't seen such a gripping film in a long time, that too with marvelous performances. The intensity and honesty in the performances makes this film a compelling watch.If some people didn't watch the movie after reading your review, it is highly unfortunate. A rating of 4/5 from me and my friends. And please! save the bad reviews for mastizaade and kya kool hain hum.
Wazir is a very good movie. After a long time we have a suspense thriller which is really brisk. At 1:43 min. it is like a hollywood movie and keeps the viewers gripped all through the movie. Amitabh is simply brilliant and comes up with yet another compelling performance after Piku. Farhan is excellent and shows the right emotions and frustrations. Aditi and Manav Kaul support well. John and Neil is short roles are good - especially Neil - as Wazir is menacing. The music is hummable and goes well with the movie. The cinematography and direction are well done. I rate Wazir 7/10.
