parts of the country, the great majority of the people are so grindingly poor that they have to defecate in the open for want of toilets.
And the rest of the hindi speakers, the middle classes, imagine that they will be seen as evolved as the white people if they axpe the latter down to the last little detail !
And this belief among them is so permissive that even their movie posters are laboriously made to look like the movie posters in Hollywood ! That the distinctive raxcial features of the hindi actors stand out in stark contrast to those of the whites thus rendering their labours at axping the whites a wholly comic hue is ignored !

Totally Agree. For an avg N. indian, speaking english is education and if you wear shirts and trousers, you become civilized. The poor is treated like slaves in north india especially in hindi belt. They again bring their arrogance, abusive mentality to other parts of India
