I do not understand what is HUGE fuss about..??.. So what, Shah Rukh Khan got stopped at Customs check at LA Airport..!!. Even Ted Kennedy got stopped at a US Airport once .... If Khan is so sensitive about these, let him stop visiting US in future.!!. I am completely agree with the remarks. As I know every one is expert in his business or profession, but this does not mean that the law will not be applicable for them.
It is not just a stray incident. It is strategically moved & calculated ,to stir up the communal tranquility of India and inculcate a silent but divisive feelings amongst the TWO RELIGIONS.
I do not know who this Aseem Chhabra is. But it is funny to hear some body getting shocked to know that passengers with Moslem names are subjected to more scrutiny!! Just imagine the damage done to USA. By Muslims travelling in to USA in the last 20 years! Also,did these Moslem celebrities ever condemned the Moslem atrocities including those of ISIS?

BASICALLY IMMIGRATION OFFICER SEE YOUR FACE AND HE MAY ALLOW YOU TO GO THROUGH OR MAY BE ASK YOU TO STAND AWAY FROM THE QUE AND TACKLE YOU LATER AND CLEAR HIS DOUBTS. I HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE AT LOS ANGEOLIS AIRPORT AND AT KAIRO AIRPORT. DR.APJ ABDUL KALAM NEVER MADE IT AN ISSUE WHEN ASKED TO GO THROUGH CUSTOMS CHECK THOUGH HE WAS INDIA'S PAST PRESIDENT. IT IS OUR MENTALITY THAT WHEN WE HAVE ACHIEVED HERE IN INDIA SOMETHING OR WE ARE IN GOVERNMENT WE FEEL ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE APPLICABLE TO COMMON MAN ONLY AND NOT TO THEM.
