it was much darker than animated version on screen. good decision by censor board. kids in range 5-10 yrs shall definitely get frightened by roar and looks of sher khan.
I think the censor board is correct. We always have tendency to critise them bcse we have our own perception.
Yes the jungle book was scary. It was mainly due to 3D effect. If it would have been normal picture it wouldnt have been scary.
This was my experience. I wouldnt have gone to see this movie which only adults have been viewing but for my 3 year old son i went.
To my surprise, not many kids were present in fully packed theatre. 90% were adults ie above 15 years. During movie i saw many kids either playing with their parents mobile or going out crying with one of their elder.
In between even my son started saying that he doesnt want to see movie. The closeness of animal is the main reason to get scary.
I salute censor board for taking this decision for which i am least bothered. It was this article which I saw and thought of commenting.
