Not Just India Every country in the World helpless people are made scapegoat and are painted to be criminals. Besides small portion of criminals many are made as criminals by Police, authorities in power and politicians for their own benefit.
The World should no that Indian cinema is not just Bollywood nonsense. There is much more original stuff in the regional language cinemas. Indian commercial cinema of Bollywood genre are mostly plagiarised from western movies. This is original stuff something we should be proud of.
