There was enough parking space in the vicinity. Either they could not get enough tickets to sell or they could not manage the permissions. But why not tell the truth. Why fool everyone with the flimsy "No Parking" excuse
We Indians do not know how to laugh (all the so called laughter clubs notwithstanding). We basically are a ignorantpeople who cannot see a joke for what it is, but try to disect it threadbare to check if there is anything antireligious, anticaste, antitricolor, anti each and everything before we start to have a laugh.
