Swachh Bharat result is not showing. If this would happen in clean Switzerland or Singapore, people would have bashed government.
Here 19000 people got affected by Swine Flu. And now 2% more increase in Swachh Cess making service tax to 14%.
Strict punishment for littering, spending trillions in cleaning water, maintenance is must....
There is no strict punishment. even Yesterday I saw some ministers and police on road threw garbage. This is India.
Modi hope you will take this as constructive criticism but remember unless there is strict punishment or fines for littering, you will waste this public money.
In india at least in public places, you can have strict punishment.

I agree...Only strict enforcement will help, else people get away with law breaking. Pinch the pocket and see the results for yourselves. In Singapore, littering has a fine of SGD 130 for first time offenders. It increases for 2nd time offenders. You remove the fine and Singapore will become another India - it's human tendency.
