The complainant was a woman and hence she cannot lie
by Yashodhan Joshi on May 17, 2017 01:43 PM

Kunal Kohli or any other man should understand that any woman can allege anything against any man.

These allegations are assumed to be true.

Men like you should be fortunate that you were not accused of rape, molestation, sexual harassment

run for money
by gaurang patel on Jul 23, 2015 09:50 AM

everyone is running for money. some lawyers are charging money for giving legal advice in seconds like for 5 seconds their rate starts from 5000 to 50000. is this the life or economic progress that we wanted? poor or middle class guys gets hard conviction while the rich are not convicted at all. look at case of sanjay dutt, salman khan. can u imagine yourself getting same treatment from judicial system like this two. they can do crimes and still shoot a movie and sanjay dutt gets parole like a holiday package every 3 months. all pharma companies charging hefty price 5, 150, 2800, 75000/- for a tablet/injection whose actual cost of production is around 10-20 paisa, policemen taking bribe from criminals, lawyers charging hefty, ca looting huge fees, private schools increasing fees every year, doctors rising fees, while the salary of ours doesnot rise so much. this is our system of today. ordinary people are sucked of money while rich enjoyes breaking rules and gets away easily. if you go to court/admitted to hospital your wealth is bound to finish by fees. Instead its better to do compromise and move on. but before few year back when there was no good money that time was good for all of us. people saved money for years to buy tv or fridge but now there is no value as load is readily available. where are those old days? our society is getting greedy day by day. corruption, adultery and every other bad thing is on rise. this is not future india that i wanted.

actually none can afford legal battle...
by dineshhassija on Jul 23, 2015 08:54 AM

...rather fighting legal cases might be immaturity of the parties concerned. Resolving the matter through friends, mediator or mutually decided legal experts could be better option...
