Akshay Kumar starrer "Baby", enthralls , entertains and keeps one engrossed , with its tight script, interesting characters and action sequences worthy of a Bond flick. The dead pan expression that Akshay Kumar carries throughout the movie, whilst mouthing funny statements to his wife , or to Anumpam Kher , a.k.a Mr .Shukla ,really works. I for one really wonder, why MRKumar's acting prowess have not been utilized by other directors ? The banter and camaraderie ( or lack of it ???) shared by the troika of Akshay, Anupam Kher and Duggabutti makes the second half enjoyable and really keeps you at the edge of your seat . Taapsi Pannu is a revelation . Though all proceedings in the movie do fall and fit in too easily , to make some of the things seem implausible ( the fake paper trail made from Chennai, the fake identities made for the trio who visit Saudi Arabia ..etal ) , "Baby" is nevertheless one of the better movies released this Friday !! really worth a watch !!!
