Doesn't look like its by someone who has seen the movie or definitely no understood the movie.. Could also be that the author has reviewed the movie after watching the trailer.
The movie creates sufficient contrast between Chris's personal and army life. It shows the conflicts he had and his non-army side of life.
Overall I think it is a bad review, which is not a holistic or fair representation movies and the gaping errors makes me wonder if the review was written after watching the trailer or the movie!

Definitely a bad review , Paloma has written a similar review for Boyhood too, which she thought was not a good movie , It is time rediff asks right people to review hollywood movies, She is good reviewer for Bollywood movies though.

Even Bollywood movies, she is disrespectful, annoying and often showcases her immaturity (this, unintentionally of course) AND makes it a point of drawing attention to her age.. Oh such a juvenile brat!
