RIP the great D. Ramanaidu....don't understand star worship.

In south India, the kind of madeness people have for film stars is maddening. Not just Rajnikant.....even Raj Kumar had a bigger fan following. Telugu has more than 10 superstars each commanding astronomical audience for their films......little bit saner is Kerala where Starworship is lesser.
These stars are in a position to help nation building in large way due to trust people have in them.......but are they doing enough?

You may have a valid point, but this may not be the right topic to bring this up.
