I must say I enjoyed the show thoroughly. In fact our friends and me had repeated viewings and though there were some unfunny bits, the show as a whole rocked with some absolutely hilarious puns and one liners which couldnt supress our laughter. Kudos to AIB, and special kudos to ranveer and arjun for having the guts to laugh at themselves and be chilled out. Also to Alia and Sonakshi who took every jibe gamely and in good humour. This is what is missing in our country today where everyone and everything is so serious, and especailly our politicians who take offence at the slightest remark. And for some people(thankfully minority) who are trying to be different and say it was offensive, well then they havent watched the roast shows of the western celebs! Take a chill pill guys and stop taking things so seriously. As farah righly pointed out..what about the various ills like poverty, economic growth and lack of jobs which are burning issues in our country. Lets direct all this anger at our politicians, and corruption, instead of pointing fingers at harmless people like AIB and bollywood. They are meant to entertain us and not preach, and they did that in the best manner possible!
"Whoever reacting negativly on AIB r just 2 bit dirt cheap publicity mongers who r Jst trying 2 get in ther own 2 bit reflected light of AIB,'" It takes one to know one.
It shows these nautankiwalla (film wala) have no brains.
Acting is not a big talent - just about any one can act with a week's training. Even 5 year old children act in schoolplays. So what is big deal about these useless actors?
& dancing around as if there was nothing else in this world except it? Have we so become self-sufficient as to forget our woes n rollick in frivolity? Our lowest rungs in the world order speak a different story.
If using and cracking dirty jokes is your definition of freedom then sorry guys I don't agree with you. That shows that it is your basic nature and you can't switch it off. It will come out in form of failed affairs, couch __, jealousy, hatred and other forms in the society. Because being dirty is your basic nature. Why not spend your energies in cleaning up the streets, making houses for poor, supporting education and other causes instead of focusing on making millions by serving out dud movies and cracking dirty jokes on the same society. Improve it instead of making fun of it. We pay for the bunglaws you stay in. You are nobody without us.

I completely agree with you. Such kind of shows / programs clearly indicates the 'LOUSY' creatures of today's bollywood. We the people should now collectively decide on watching the movies of those film stars / directors who are in support of this AIB Roast.

Its natural instinct of humans dude. The problem is such shows will raise the hidden animal instincs in humans, which all have. Just as it is illegal to sell the drugs because it harms the society, such shows also should be banned. You can apply the same logic and sell drugs arguing that if you dont like to take dont purchase.
This is the tricky words these people use whenever someone condemns them. If 2morrow people start fxxxxing right in front of their houses wud they be allowed to say don't like it don't watch us.
